1. Services Provided - Meehans Plastering offers professional plastering services for residential and commercial properties. Our services include, but are not limited to, plasterboard installation, partition framing, suspended ceilings, soundproofing, decorative finishes, skimming, and patch repairs.
2. Quotations and Estimates - All quotations and estimates provided by Meehans Plastering are valid for a period of 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated. Quotations are subject to change based on any alterations in the scope of work or materials required. Once a quote is accepted, any additional work may incur extra charges.
3. Booking and Scheduling - Upon accepting a quote, we will work with you to schedule a suitable start date. Scheduling is subject to our team’s availability and may vary depending on project size and requirements. We reserve the right to reschedule if necessary and will inform you of any changes in a timely manner.
4. Payment Terms
• Deposits: A deposit may be required prior to the start of work. This will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
• Final Payment: Full payment is required upon completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed in writing. All payments must be made via bank transfer.
• Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional fees. We reserve the right to halt work or withhold final delivery if payments are overdue.
5. Client Responsibilities - To ensure smooth project completion, clients are responsible for:
• Preparing the work area by removing personal items and disconnecting electrical connections, as advised.
• Providing access to the site during scheduled work hours.
• Notifying Meehans Plastering of any changes to project scope or requirements as soon as possible.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
• Client-Initiated Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• Company-Initiated Cancellations: In the rare event that Meehans Plastering must reschedule, we will notify you as soon as possible and work to find a suitable alternative date.
7. Liability - Meehans Plastering shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
8. Health and Safety - Meehans Plastering complies with all applicable health and safety regulations. We take all necessary precautions to ensure a safe work environment for our team and clients.
9. Privacy Policy - Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information collected through our website or during project communication is used solely for the purpose of delivering our services.
